Job role:

 

  • Coordinate contracts with contractors, vendors, and owner representatives.
  • Negotiating and manage vendors and contractors.
  • Administer contracts in accordance with company policies, legal requirements and customer specifications.
  • Review compliance requirements for all contracts and ensure that company and all sub-contractors meet requirements on a timely basis.
  • Review Invoicing and Change Orders for compliance.
